Le fabuleux destin d'Amelie Poulain - 2001

This is my first time i write for this site, so i would like to start with a movie, which is very special to me. And since the site is new i would like to give you a warm welcome with this movie...

"Le fabuleux destin d'Amelie Poulain"

The movie is about a very cute girl (Aundrey Tautou) which lives in Paris and she is a waitress in a cafe. She lives peacefully until some day a minor event will give her another purpose in her life. She decides to change the world around her with a funny way and through this change she happens to find love in a young, weird guy, Nino (Mathieu Kassovitz).

The role of Amelie Poulain comes natural to Andrey Tautou and with her childish cuteness gives us a memorable performance. The same goes for Mathieu Kassovitz. Jean-Pierre Jeunet's shots are great he does a magnificent work espesially with the alleys of Montmartre and giving us the flavor of a boem side of life in Paris which are perfectly combined with the "magical" music, composed by Yann Tiersen, giving us a fairy tale result!!!

The film is about the iron will of a girl after all, which she definately will change your life... Enjoy!!!
